Bruce Coughlin

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Bruce is responsible for the financing, vision, culture and overarching strategy for CTP. Bruce also has leadership responsibility for all of CTP’s customer facing functions from sales through delivery. In his role, Bruce works with all of CTP’s go-to-market functions including sales, technical pre-sales, marketing and alliances to build and execute on global expansion strategies. From a delivery perspective, Bruce works across CTP’s practice areas to build the teams, structure and process required to execute on CTP’s industry-leading market position and service offerings. Additionally, Bruce has responsibility for guiding the strategic evolution and growth of CTP on a global basis.

With 30 years of IT experience, he brings deep industry understanding in deploying technical and business solutions to large corporations. Throughout his career, Bruce has developed, implemented and managed private and public cloud projects for prominent companies across many industries. Prior to CTP, Bruce was the Vice President of Portfolio & Innovation for Siemens IT Solutions & Services. In this role, Bruce was responsible for both internal and external innovation activities and worked extensively in cloud computing, virtualization and end-to-end IT services. Bruce was also instrumental in helping Siemens secure many of its top outsourcing contracts.

In addition to his time with Siemens, Bruce has held various senior management positions in portfolio, outsourcing, general management and professional services with Exodus Communications, ENTEX and JWP Information Services.

In his spare time, Bruce loves to spend time with his family, travel and play golf. He has an avid love for the ocean and Cape Cod. Additionally, Bruce is a prolific New England Patriots fan and is known to have one of the best tailgates on the planet.

Bruce holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University. Bruce is married and has three children (Matt, Abby, and Patrick), all living in the Boston area.
