Richard Sylvia

Director, Services Portfolio

Richard Sylvia is responsible for CTP’s strategic portfolio management and service offering development lifecycle, including the methodologies, processes and approach to position and deliver CTP’s solutions. In addition, Richard manages the creation, development and ongoing management of the company’s sales and marketing collateral, service delivery processes and artifacts. He’s also responsible for CTP Academy, which delivers and supports internal training activities.

Richard is a seasoned executive and has developed a vast array of skills while excelling in diverse leadership roles for two global 25 companies. His innate entrepreneurial spirit and committed focus on strategy, profitability and coaching has provided him with continuous progressive leadership responsibilities throughout his professional career.

Richard has over 30+ years of management and consulting experience and has consistently demonstrated his unique leadership aptitude through his ability to effectively plan, communicate, influence, negotiate, make tough decisions, manage risk, and drive highly complex, enterprise-wide programs.

As a public servant, he has been involved with national and local non-profit organizations, providing leadership, strategic and program management advisory services to move those organizations toward realizing their goals. He currently chairs the One Henry Professional Services & Corporate Solutions committee, which is a collaborative effort of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce for economic advancement, which also includes elected and appointed officials, local businesses and community groups.

Richard graduated from Boston University in 1992 with an Executive MBA (EMBA 6). He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Tandra and son RJ (Richard J. Sylvia III).
